Minna Puerto Vendrell is a documentary photographer and journalist based in Barcelona, Spain. Her work combines visual storytelling and journalistic research to explore themes of memory, identity, human rights and international affairs.
With a background in International Journalism, she has carried out field reporting in Spain and abroad, developing documentary projects with communities such as the Roma community in Bulgaria. Through photography and journalism, she is interested in documenting underrepresented realities with a sensitive and research-driven approach.
She is currently developing long-term documentary projects while continuing to expand her practice at the intersection of photography and journalism.
